Online Sales
Our online sales service is perfect for clients in gated communities, high-rise buildings, or locations with storage or parking challenges, where public access for item removal is difficult. This option doesn’t require a full estate and includes a charitable donation pick-up as part of our fee. While results may vary compared to traditional estate sales, shoppers can browse remaining items when they pick up their purchases. Though this approach typically attracts less foot traffic, it's an excellent choice for those with fewer items or limited alternatives.
Specialty Brokerage Services
Our brokerage services are ideal for clients with one or two pieces of art, jewelry, furniture, or other items of special interest. Leveraging our strong relationships with top auction houses, we can expertly market and sell these valuable pieces on your behalf. We charge a flat rate for our time and expertise, in addition to the auction’s commission, ensuring you receive the best possible outcome.
